I HAVE QUESTION ABOUT A MOVE I NEVER HEARD BEFORE CALLED CASTLE ROCK. YOU SUPPOSIDLY BACK OFF YOUR PAWNS AND LOSE SOME KNIGHT, CASTLES, BISHOPS ,PAWNS ETC AND BACK YOUR KING INTO ACORNE AND THEN PAWNS BECOME QUEENS )( ET AL) AND THEN WHEN THE OTHER SIDE MOVES THEY MOVE INTO CHESK MATE. NEVER HEARD OF IT BEFORE AND THINK IT IS A LIE AS PAWN CAN NOT MOVE BACKWARD OR BACK OFF

A player does not have to PROMOTE to a queen.and can promote irrespective of lost pieces. It is possible to have severalqueens or other pieces.

15 and 21 are simply wrong. When the pawn reaches the end it is PROMOTED. When it is not promoted to a queen it is referred to as UNDERpromotion. And Check Mate: comes from “Shah Mat in Persian, which means, “The King is dead.” Note that the Spanish verb “Matar” is a variation of that.
